• Hamilton James & Bruce acquired Priority Personnel

2002

• Hamilton James & Bruce acquired two businesses:
  • OCG Consulting, located in New Zealand, and

  • Bowden Computer Placements, a Brisbane-based IT recruitment consultancy.

2005

• Hamilton James & Bruce sold OCG Consulting

2006

• Hamilton James & Bruce acquired the IT Resources Group.

2007

• Hamilton James & Bruce acquired Provincial Personnel.

2009

• Charterhouse Pte. Ltd. acquires Hamilton James & Bruce Pty Ltd

• New Board and Chief Executive appointed
