Hamilton James & Bruce Recognised As A Quality Endorsed Company

Hamilton James & Bruce (HJB) has had its quality management system certified by SAI Global Limited and is now recognised as a quality endorsed company.
Executive Chairman and CEO, Deborah Wilson said, “HJB embarked on gaining ISO 9001 accreditation at the end of last year and I’m proud to announce that our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Parramatta offices have been accredited.
“This international standard is primarily concerned with quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, and supports our business-wide focus on customer service.”
Senior management participated in the accreditation process and is fully committed to ensuring that HJB continues to meet the rigorous requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard.
“Simply receiving ISO 9001 accreditation does mean that we can rest on our laurels. As an organisation that is committed to continuous improvement, we will continue to listen to clients and candidates, and act on their feedback,” added Ms Wilson.
SAI Global will conduct a surveillance audit of HJB’s Sydney office in the middle of the year.
